General Conditions

HIGHVOLT's supplies und services are governed exclusively by its >  general conditions (>  Allgemeine Lieferbedingungen).

The >  conditions for installation and installation-related services
(>  Allgemeine Bedingungen für Montage- und Inbetriebsetzungsleistungen) are described separately. They are valid for services with and without any HIGHVOLT supply.

For customers utilizing calibration services >  Special conditions for calibration service
(>  Besondere Bedingungen für Kalibrierleistungen) will be applied.

In any case of incompleteness or of vagueness of the documents named above the
>  general conditions of ZVEI (Zentralverband Elektrotechnik- und Elektronikindustrie e.V.) apply.

For suppliers >  General Purchase Conditions REINHAUSEN-Group
(>  Allgemeine Einkaufsbedingungen der REINHAUSEN-Gruppe) are valid.
