Since 1986, scientists of the 'High Voltage' research group in Cali, Columbia, have been able to use a university-run high voltage test hall for research and development. They intend to be using it to contribute to improving the quality and reliability of the equipment and materials that are being used in the Columbian electricity sector.
The anniversary was the occasion for a top-class, international seminar. One of the speakers was HIGHVOLT engineer Dan Keller who presented the latest developments in the field of transformer tests.
