The 38th MEE took place in Dubai from 17 to 19 February. This year HIGHVOLT focused on high voltage test systems for gas-insulated switchgears (GIS).

HIGHVOLT engineer Dan Keller drew a positive conclusion: „Many people asked for information about our expertise in the field of mobile test systems for GIS. They were also very interested in our consultancy services. Obviously, the costumers appreciate our widespread consulting experience on queries about the optimum workflow in a test bay, shielding condition and earthing.”

Among others, HIGHVOLT manufactures AC test systems with variable frequency. They can be used for withstand voltage testing of transformers after their on-site installation. For on-site testing, the compact test systems can also be installed on a trailer.
