Dr. Alexander Kraetge

Dr. Alexander Kraetge (45) has been appointed head of sales at HIGHVOLT Prüftechnik Dresden GmbH with effect from 1st October. He is taking over in this position from Ralf Bergmann, who moved up into the management of HIGHVOLT.

“With Alexander Kraetge, we have been able to secure the services of an internationally recognised expert in the field of high voltage testing,” says Bergmann. “Alongside his extensive specialist knowledge, we will benefit from comprehensive insights into our target markets and his close networking with numerous branch experts.”

Kraetge studied high voltage engineering at the Technical University in Berlin and earned a doctorate degree in the field of measurement and diagnostic methods for power transformers. He was most recently active on a global scale as manager for high voltage status diagnostics with Omicron Electronics GmbH.
